Sala operacyjna Operating room

Zastanawiałam się czy pisać o tym ...? Napiszę krótko.
Moja rodzina naznaczona jest piętnem "raka". Chorowały babki, ciotki nawet moja własna matka.
Wykryto u mnie guzek, miękki i niewyczuwalny pod palcami.
Badanie USG, badanie mammograficzne, decyzja o usunięciu guza. Dwa centymetry  były powodem dzikiego strachu mojej matki.

Niska i filigranowa.
Godzina 9:00  ja mam wypis w ręku i właśnie wyjęty venflon z żyły i zmianę opatrunku. Patrzyłam jej prosto w oczy i podałam rękę do ściśnięcia. Wtedy w jej oczach widziałam smutek, strach i przerażenie... To widziałam nic więcej ...

I was wondering should I wrote about it ...? I will write shortly.
My family is marked by the stigma of  “cancer”. My grandmothers, aunts, even my own mother suffered from it.
I was diagnosed with a lump, soft and imperceptible under fingers. Ultrasound, mammogram, the decision to remove the tumor. Two centimeters were the cause of my mother’s wild fear
I came back from the hospital. On the skin is visible incision: length of 5 - 6 inches, a nice plastic stitch. When everything will heal it won’t be visible. This surgery is reminding me about the fact that life is fragile and fleeting. On the hospital ward, I haven’t seen the dying people.
Bright hospital rooms were filled with people waiting for surgery, or those after. But the drama took place in my presence and I was part of it.
She wasn’t even 40 years old, three children, wife. Very beautiful woman, charming and sincere. Short and petite. The first day we are in the same ward, in the same room.  Our families are visiting us and we all say that everything will be all right. Next day in the morning, we find out that our surgeries are postponed to the early hour, so we wait. We wish good luck to each other and we wake up in the recovery room in the interval from 30 to 40 minutes. The difference is that I have a few stitches and she has no breast.  Third day. One room, we are together again.  9:00 am I have excerpt in my hand and venflon is removed from the vein and change of bandage. I ask nurse, so she pulls out a venflon from my friend’s hand, by the way she changes bandages after surgery. I don’t see the wound after surgery very clearly, but I ‘m not scared. I look her straight in the eyes and give her my hand to squeeze. “Please squeeze   if you will feel pain just as hard as you can”. And she does it gently, because she hasn’t no more strength. Then in her eyes I see the sadness and fear... I saw nothing more...
